Herbal Treatment for Acne
Herbal treatment for acne is preferred by many since it offers a natural way for treating acne, by using natural herbs and products that are derived from herbs.
There are many natural oils that are used in herbal treatment for acne. Of them, the most common oils that are used in herbal treatment for acne are, Neem, clove oil, chamomile oil, lavender oil and grapefruit oil. tinned, deep fried foods that contain high fat, red meat, smoked fish,
dairy products and spicy foods. As an alternative to the above foods,
you may take fruits or vegetables in water or own juice (not syrup),
stir fried food with minimal oil, organic chicken or fish, goats
milk or soya milk, fresh ginger and mild chillies, during the course
of herbal treatment for acne.
