A certain amount of anxiety is allowable since it helps in avoiding dangerous situations. Anti ageing therapy uses a lot of vitamins and minerals as supplements that help in anti ageing. The main vitamins that help in anti ageing are vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin B-5. Avoid alcohol, smoking and have nutritional food items that help in the anti aging process. Apart from vitamins, minerals like magnesium and calcium are also added as supplements for anti ageing therapy.
