the most common form occurs when the tough elastic cartilage that protects
the ends of bones in their joints breakdown A few pieces break of as
the cartilage breaks down and cause more inflammation and pain in the

Inflammation and joint pain are the signs of the disease. But in Rheumatoid arthritis symptoms include weakness, fever and weight loss. Starting with the flu the patient may have more experiences. There is also a symmetrical rheumatoid arthritis where if one hand is affected the other is also affected. Specifically it does not affect the joints nearest the finger nails while rest of the hands and wrists suffer. It does not affect the spine. Inflammation can come up in other body organs and tissues. Researchers are unable to understand the cause and differences in this disease. Studies are being made to find some markers in the blood that can show some genetic probability. Researchers want to find out not only the causes of arthritis but ways to repair and rebuild lost joint tissues and relieve the suffering of millions of affected patients.
