Some of the causes of chronic fatigueThere are lots of researches going on to find out the causes of chronic fatigue. Still now there has not been a single cause that was found to be one of the root causes of chronic fatigue. The causes of chronic fatigue are found to be many which may involve the other illness and diseases that has been contracted by a person. It is found that virus infections can be one of the causes of chronic fatigue. The other causes of chronic fatigue are found to be stress and other toxins.
Immunologic dysfunction can also be one of the causes of chronic fatigue. Dysfunction of the immune system such as inappropriate production of cytokines could be one among the causes of chronic fatigue. During any chronic illness the nutritional factor plays an important role in curing the illness. This is even applicable in the case of chronic fatigue. A healthy diet with proper nutritional supplements like vitamin C, A, and B12 would help in rectifying chronic fatigue. Physical or emotional stress is also one of the causes of chronic fatigue. Hence stress relieving therapies would find its place in the treatment of chronic fatigue.
