The need for chronic fatigue diagnosisChronic fatigue diagnosis is a essential task that is to be done before taking up any treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome. The doctor may ask the patient to have physical therapies to improve physical activities, after chronic fatigue diagnosis. The patient may take simple exercises to improve the physical activities. Simple exercises combined with massage is said to be more effective on patients suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome. Prescription of anti-depressants after chronic fatigue diagnosis is to give the patient in low dosages than prescribed for conventional depression treatment. There is no single chronic fatigue diagnosis to identify chronic fatigue syndrome.
