There is no single test for diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome in children. Fatigue in children could also be due to muscle pain and joint pains. Sleeping disorder could also be a cause for chronic fatigue syndrome in children. These are diagnosed and appropriate anti-inflammatory or anti-depressant drugs are prescribed in required doses by the doctor.
