About Chronic Muscle FatigueChronic muscle fatigue is a condition where a person experiences continuous pain in the muscles and muscle joints. The causes for chronic muscle fatigue could be muscle overuse and infections that are caused by other diseases. Dehydration and electrolyte imbalance also would cause chronic muscle fatigue.
Hence if a person experiences chronic muscle fatigue he has to consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment. If a person is having some disease for which he is taking some treatment, the medications used for that disease or the disease itself could be a cause for chronic muscle fatigue. Chronic muscle fatigue could lead to a condition known as chronic fatigue syndrome.Chronic fatigue syndrome causes the person to be lethargic and lack physical activity. Chronic muscle fatigue also is the reason of the same symptoms. Any thyroid disease, hypothyroidism, and hyperthyroidism will cause chronic muscle fatigue. For chronic muscle fatigue doctors may analyse the patients history and sometimes may recommend anti-inflammatory medications. Anemia and food poisoning are also reasons for muscle fatigue. A good nutritional supplements and a proper diet is recommended for any treatment during muscle fatigue.
