There are also prescription drugs available for the symptoms of chronic fatigue such as tramadol hydrochloride, celecoxib, and refecoxib. Lack of sleep is known to be one of the symptoms of chronic fatigue. To improve sleep in the chronic fatigue syndrome patients anti-depressants like doxepin, amitriptyline, desipramine, and nortriptyline are given. Anxiolytic agents are given to ease anxiety in the patients. Anxiety is also one of the symptoms of chronic fatigue.
