You just need to intake about two or three tablespoons a day. Also keep in mind that when you take these oils you should cut down your butter intake because if you have a lot of butter and this, you might just end up putting on a lot of weight.

2. Grainy food also acts as a cure. You can have whole grains, wheat, as well as wheat bread. Suppose you do not know the fiber value in the cereal you eat, you just have to look into the fiber content in it, and if it contains more than five or six grams for a serving, then it is goo for constipation.

3. Barley is another good way among the many constipation cures. Barley is good with reducing constipation as well as easing your bowel movement. All you need to do is purchase grits, flakes, or barley flour and add it to your soup or even to your stew for better results.

Try out any of the above cures and it is effective because you can find them anywhere as well as add them into your diet very easily.
