Safe Natural Remedies for Cold & Flu

Natural remedy for cold and flu comprise many items that everybody frequently comes across in daily activities in a home. Have garlic and chew it though it may make some irritant sense in mucosa of mouth and then swallow this.

Simultaneously, take a cup with two teaspoons of honey and crush half a piece of average sized lemon into that. Now, pour the ginger mixed water subsequent to the filtering into this. This is to be taken hot to the possible extent, which is good for cold and flu.

Kimchi – A Korean fermented side dish, which has lactic acid, may be used as a natural remedy in flu. Even the yogurt may be used in this regard. Similarly, black pepper is being used, in addition to citrus fruits like oranges.

Rose hips and garlic may be used as natural remedy for cold and flu. Boil them just for seven to ten minutes in a cup of water and then drink. Herbal tea with elder and peppermint leaves is considered as one of the best remedies for cold and flu.

Citrus fruits may be taken as a natural remedy and oranges are the examples of such fruits and vitamin C available in plenty with these fruits is of helpful in tackling cold and flu. Similarly, taking lemon with honey and ginger in little amounts will be much useful as a natural remedy for cold and flu.

Garlic oil may be added up in equal amounts of lemon juice and honey. This preparation is commonly used as a natural remedy for cold and flu. If cold and flu are accompanied by cough also, then take a small piece of ginger and sprinkle with little amounts of salt. Now, have this in mouth and slowly chew this and then, swallow. This will be highly preferred as natural remedy for cold and flu affected persons.
