Simple remedy for hair fall

Phosphorus is a wonderful remedy prepared by the optimization of inorganic phosphorus. It is frequently used in the homoeopathic treatment of hair loss.

And have the food rich in iron, vitamins, iodine, and carbohydrates. Massage the scalp gently with almond oil or castor oil daily. Boil neem leaves in water. Taking more green leafy vegetables, salads, milk, fruits and sprouts in the diet is a good remedy for hair fall. Take more proteins, milk, buttermilk, yeast, egg, Soya beans, whole grains and nuts. Heat coconut oil with camphor and massage your scalp with it. Now cut a lemon in half and rub it on the scalp and give steam and shampoo it out after 1hour with warm water. Do this regularly with giving steam once in a week. Surely we can see the difference.

Add a salt with a cup of curd. Rub this mixture well into the scalp and wash with warm water. It will make the thick and healthy. Mix the juice of one lemon in some coconut oil and massage well at the roots. Wash it with a conditioned shampoo this will also help improve the condition. Instead of curd and salt, mix lemon juice or vinegar in water and wash hair with this mixture. It'll soften the hair. Regularly cleaning and brushing the hair is essential one.

When the hairs are brushed or combed, oil-producing glands in the scalp get stimulated. This natural oil makes the hair glossy, soft and healthy. To give extra shine to the hair, after washing rinse the hair with some lemon juice mixed in a cup of cool water. The best thing to do is to keep the scalp clean, and do oil massage three times in a week. Use always conditioned or mild shampoo for better hair. Do regular physical exercise. Avoid intake too much of medicines.
