Simple methods to stop hair fall

First we want to understand what the hair needs. For soft, shine, healthy and beautiful hair, the roots require nourishment and good circulation. A diet rich in vitamins, iron, iodine and Vitamin A and B complex is a must.

Iodine improves the circulation of blood, which feeds the hair follicle. Eats the foods that are rich in iron are liver, meat, green vegetables, fresh fruits and egg yolk. We must need a balanced diet, plenty of sleep without disturbance, fresh air, exercise, yoga, tension-free mind and a good hair care programs will benefit the hair. Exercise is a must. For that we need to spend 15 minutes per day improve the blood circulation. Drink plenty of water. Don't forget 8 glasses of water. You need to get at least seven to eight hours of continuous and undisturbed sleep.

Taking an herbal tea to relax you self. Shampoo your hair with a mild and conditioned shampoo if you have the habit of washing frequently. Check whether you having dandruff. If you have dandruff problem, it is important that you shampoo your hair every two days with mild Shampoo. If you have wet hair, rinse it off with vinegar. Give a final rinse with clear running water. It will help you a lot. Comb hair with a clean comb every day and don’t take others comb. The comb's teeth should be round in shape.

Do not brush or comb your wet hairs. Brush your hair only when it is completely dry and start from the scalp, as the sebaceous gland is at the roof of each hair. A weekly oil massage with specially formulated herbal oil is particularly effective if the bone marrow treatment seems to be a troublesome procedure. Use the oil is made from coconut oil, henna powder or leaves and of green pumpkin. Soak all the above ingredients one day and till the next morning. Cook the ingredients on a slow fire for 15 minutes.

Store for a day and then start using it. This controls hair fall and promotes hair growth. Before using this oil steam your hair with a towel. This will help to open the pores so that the oil can go through the scalp. It gives us a fresh felling for our hair. Hair fall is generally due to stress, influenza, anxiety, sudden shock, childbirth, hormonal change, excessive antibiotics, certain drugs or a prolonged illness.
