List of Hair Removal OptionsMen and women go for different hair removal options depending upon the area in which they are willing to remove the hairs. There are many options available. It is the choice of the user to choose one which suits them.
Waxing is one of the hair removal options that are used for hair removal in both men and women. Waxing involves applying warm wax over the hairs that is to be removed. Then a cotton strip is rubbed on the wax in the direction of the hair growth. In the next step, the cotton strip is removed in the opposite direction of the hair growth and along the surface of the skin. This removes the hairs in that area. Sugaring is also one of the hair removal options that are similar to that of waxing. In this the main ingredient is a sugar paste instead of a wax. The process for sugaring remains the same as that of waxing. Tweezing is one of the hair removal options that are used for hair removal. In this method of hair removal the hair is plucked from the root using devices called tweezers. This removes the hairs permanently. Threading is an ancient method of hair removal. This is one of the hair removal options that are practiced in the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent. In this method the hairs are entangled in a cotton thread that is twisted on the hairs and then the thread is pulled away from the skin to permanently remove the hairs. Electrolysis and Laser treatment hair removal options are used to permanently remove the hairs. In these methods the hair follicle is destroyed so that the hair does not grow again.
