There are many other things that we have to avoid as a prevention of heartburn. Avoid wearing tight clothes, as tight clothes gives pressure in the stomach that in turn causes heartburn. Reducing the tight clothes is a prevention of heartburn. Another one important method involved in the prevention of heartburn is reduction of extra pounds in your body. Because obesity causes pressure in the stomach it causes heartburn. So we must now be clear about the prevention of heartburn. Follow this methods we can easily avoid the heart burn in our life.
