Handling Pregnancy InsomniaMost of the women who fall pregnant go through pregnancy insomnia. When you have a baby inside your stomach constantly kicking you and jerking you, it is not easy to sleep. In order to avoid this they can light soft candles and play slow music as well as practice breathing exercises to go to sleep easily. Also, your food habits will be completely different when you fall pregnant. Insomnia can take place because of this also. Eat at least two hours before you sleep and if you eat right before sleeping you may not sleep because your body is still working on your digestion.
