You must reduce your alcohol intake. Alcohol intake makes the muscles in the throat very weak, and the muscles do not work at all when you fall asleep. So there is a problem that arises here. Since the muscles are relaxed you will have to put in more effort to breathe and the air just jumps on the muscles and causes noise resulting in snoring.
