Other herbs used in controlling high blood pressure are linden (blossom), wood betony (leaves, flowers) tincture, infusion yarrow (leaves, flowers). Add 15 g. of any one of the herbs to 500 ml water for an infusion or take up to 2.5 ml tincture 3 times a day. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables; cold-water fish such as salmon, tuna, herring, mackerel and halibut for their beneficial omega-3 fatty acid; onions; celery; and whole grains.
